Bij de verwerking van persoonsgegevens werkt Grassfeld conform de eisen van de toepasselijke gegevensbeschermingswetgeving, zoals de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming. Dit betekent dat we:

1. Duidelijk onze doeleinden specificeren alvorens we persoonsgegevens verwerken, door gebruik te maken van deze privacyverklaring;
2. Onze verzameling van persoonsgegevens beperken tot alleen de persoonsgegevens die nodig zijn voor legitieme doeleinden;
3. Eerst uitdrukkelijke toestemming vragen om jouw persoonsgegevens te verwerken in gevallen waarin jouw toestemming vereist is;
4. Passende beveiligingsmaatregelen nemen om jouw persoonsgegevens te beschermen en we eisen hetzelfde van partijen die namens ons persoonsgegevens verwerken;
5. Jouw recht op inzage, correctie of verwijdering van jouw persoonlijke gegevens in ons bezit respecteren.

Grassfeld is de verantwoordelijke voor alle gegevensverwerkingen. In deze privacyverklaring leggen we uit wat voor soort persoonsgegevens we verzamelen en voor welke doeleinden binnen onze online diensten die toegankelijk zijn via: www.grassfeld.com, onze kennisbank en onze app. Voor de leesbaarheid worden die diensten samen in deze privacyverklaring "onze online diensten" genoemd. We raden je aan deze zorgvuldig te lezen.

Welke gegevens verzamelen we.

Contactgegevens: gegevens om contact met je op te nemen.

Bijvoorbeeld: naam, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, gebruikersnaam (nickname), user-ID en profielfoto.

Locatiegegevens: gegevens over jouw locatie, gedeeld door je mobiele apparaat met jouw toestemming.

Bijvoorbeeld: gps-coördinaten, reisrichting, tijdstip van verzamelen.

Profileringsgegevens: gegevens gebaseerd op de resultaten van analyses.

Bijvoorbeeld: productvoorkeuren, interesses, geslacht, leeftijdsgroep en doelgroep.

Financiële gegevens: gegevens die de betaling van onze diensten mogelijk maken.

Bijvoorbeeld: betalingsgegevens, bankrekeningnummer, creditcardnummer, betalingsgeschiedenis en/of facturen.

Klik- en gedragsgegevens: gegevens over hoe onze dienst, website of app door jou gebruikt wordt.

Gebruiker-gegenereerde inhoud: gegevens die je tijdens het gebruik van onze dienst aanmaakt.

Hoe en waarom we gegevens verzamelen.

Registratie

Voor bepaalde functies van onze online diensten moet jij je eerst registreren. Je moet enkele gegevens over jezelf verstrekken en een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord kiezen voor de account die we voor je zullen aanmaken. Het is ook mogelijk dat de gebruikersnaam door ons wordt verstrekt, in dat geval is het niet mogelijk een gebruikersnaam te kiezen.

Hiervoor gebruiken we jouw telefoonnummer, factuur- en/of e-mailadres, betaalgegevens, nickname en profielfoto als je jouw account wilt personaliseren. Dit gebeurt op basis van de uitvoering van de overeenkomst die je sluit bij het aanmaken van een account.

We bewaren deze gegevens totdat je jouw account afsluit, en in ieder geval maximaal twee jaar na de laatste activiteit binnen jouw account, tenzij wettelijke bewaarplichten een langere bewaartermijn vereisen. Na afloop van de bewaartermijn worden de gegevens verwijderd of geanonimiseerd.

We bewaren deze gegevens zodat je deze niet bij elk bezoek aan onze website en/of gebruik van onze online diensten opnieuw hoeft in te voeren, en om contact met je op te kunnen nemen in verband met de uitvoering van de overeenkomst, facturering en betaling, en om een overzicht te geven van de producten en diensten die je bij ons hebt afgenomen.

Abonnement afsluiten

Via onze online diensten kun je een betaald abonnement afsluiten. We gebruiken jouw persoonsgegevens om de betaling af te ronden.

Hiervoor gebruiken we jouw telefoonnummer, factuur- en/of e-mailadres, betalingsgegevens, User-ID, indien van toepassing; betalingsgeschiedenis en facturen. We hebben deze gegevens nodig vanwege onze overeenkomst met jou.

We bewaren deze gegevens totdat je jouw abonnement opzegt. Bepaalde soorten persoonsgegevens worden langer bewaard in verband met de wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht.

Statistieken en profilering

We houden zoveel mogelijk geanonimiseerde statistieken bij over het gebruik van onze online diensten. Deze statistieken helpen ons bijvoorbeeld om je alleen informatie te tonen die voor jou relevant is of om onze diensten te verbeteren. We kunnen persoonsgegevens combineren om meer te weten te komen over de manier waarop onze diensten worden gebruikt. Uiteraard respecteren wij te allen tijde jouw privacy.

Hiervoor gebruiken we jouw gebruiksstatistieken. We hebben hier een legitiem belang bij. Wij bewaren deze informatie zolang je een abonnement hebt.

Na jouw toestemming kunnen we jouw gegevens ook gebruiken om je geavanceerde statistische inzichten te geven in jouw financiële situatie en gebruiken we jouw persoonsgegevens om statistische en geanonimiseerde gegevens te genereren die aan andere gebruikers kunnen worden getoond om hen statistische inzichten te geven in hun eigen financiële situatie.

Toegang verlenen tot ons portaal

Binnen onze online diensten heb je toegang tot een beheeromgeving waar je instellingen kunt instellen, opgeven en wijzigen. Wij houden jouw activiteiten bij voor bewijsvoering.

Hiervoor gebruiken we jouw telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, gebruikersnaam en profielfoto. We hebben deze gegevens nodig vanwege onze overeenkomst met jou. We bewaren deze gegevens totdat onze diensten aan jou zijn beëindigd. Waarom profielfoto en gebruikersnaam? Als je inlogt op het systeem, moeten we onder andere jouw profielfoto en gebruikersnaam ophalen.

Nieuwsbrieven versturen

Wij hebben een nieuwsbrief om geïnteresseerden te informeren over nieuws, updates, tips en informatie over onze producten en diensten. Jouw e-mailadres wordt toegevoegd aan de lijst van abonnees, alleen met jouw toestemming! Ook wij haten spam, maar soms is het nodig om met je te communiceren. We bewaren deze informatie totdat je jouw abonnement op onze nieuwsbrief opzegt.

Je kunt jouw abonnement op onze nieuwsbrief te allen tijde opzeggen. Elke nieuwsbrief bevat een link waarmee jij je kunt afmelden voor onze nieuwsbrief.

Promoties

Anders dan eventuele advertenties op de website, kunnen we je per e-mail of via sociale media informeren over onze nieuwe producten en/of diensten. Je kunt te allen tijde bezwaar maken tegen deze promotionele communicatie. Hiervoor verwerken we jouw contactgegevens.

Afhandelen van contactverzoeken

Je kunt ons contactformulier gebruiken om vragen te stellen of een verzoek in te dienen.

Hiervoor gebruiken we jouw telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, nickname, bericht dat je ons wilt sturen en je User-ID. We hebben deze gegevens nodig vanwege onze overeenkomst met je. We bewaren deze gegevens totdat we zeker weten dat je tevreden bent met ons antwoord en zes maanden daarna. Op deze manier kunnen we de informatie gemakkelijk raadplegen voor het geval je vervolgvragen hebt en onze klantenservice trainen om nog beter te worden.

Afhandeling van transacties (financieel)

Als je jouw bankrekening(en) aan onze dienst(en) koppelt, halen we jouw transactiegeschiedenis op en synchroniseren we alle (toekomstige) transacties van de geselecteerde rekening(en). Merk op dat we dit niet zelf kunnen doen, aangezien jij deze actie expliciet zelf volledig moet autoriseren via jouw eigen bank.

Alle transacties worden geanonimiseerd opgeslagen en kunnen alleen door jou worden opgevraagd. Wij verkopen geen gegevens aan derden; dit is de reden waarom we een vergoeding vragen voor het gebruik van onze diensten.

De geanonimiseerde transacties worden geanalyseerd door onze Artificial Intelligence engine om je de nodige inzichten te verschaffen via onze diensten. De transacties worden onmiddellijk verwijderd nadat je jouw rekening ontkoppelt en/of je jouw profiel verwijdert.

Locatiegegevens

Indien nodig kunnen we jouw locatiegegevens (GPS) verzamelen. Als dat het geval is, word je vooraf om toestemming gevraagd.

Deze locatiegegevens en andere gegevens kunnen ook worden opgeslagen en verwerkt door de aanbieder van de navigatie-/kaartsoftware, zoals Google Maps, maar de gegevens kunnen ook worden gebruikt door bijvoorbeeld Google of Apple zelf. Wij hebben geen controle over hun handelingen. We raden je aan de toepasselijke privacyverklaring van de betreffende aanbieder te lezen.

Digitaliseer je persoonlijke administratie

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om jouw persoonlijke administratie te digitaliseren, via onze diensten kun je gebruikmaken van onze cloud storage oplossing die hiervoor ontworpen is. Hiervoor kunnen we jouw financiële gegevens verwerken.

Hoe houden we jouw gegevens veilig?

We nemen veiligheidsmaatregelen om misbruik van en ongeoorloofde toegang tot persoonsgegevens te beperken. We nemen onze verantwoordelijkheid in de beveiliging van jouw persoonsgegevens. We vernieuwen onze veiligheidsmaatregelen om persoonsgegevens veilig op te slaan en bij te houden wat er mis zou kunnen gaan.

Wij treffen onder meer de volgende beveiligingsmaatregelen:

• logische toegangscontrole op laptops en systemen met behulp van wachtwoorden en multifactorauthenticatie;
• fysieke maatregelen voor toegangsbeveiliging;
• encryptie (versleuteling) van digitale bestanden en netwerkverbindingen;
• organisatorische maatregelen voor toegangsbeheer;
• beveiliging van netwerkverbindingen via TLS-technologie;
• doelgebonden toegangsbeperkingen.

Jouw privacy rechten.

Je kunt altijd contact met ons opnemen als je vragen hebt over ons privacybeleid of als je jouw persoonlijke gegevens wilt bekijken, wijzigen of verwijderen. Dit laatste kan overigens ook binnen onze applicaties.

Je hebt de volgende rechten:

• Recht op toegang: je hebt het recht om in te zien welke persoonsgegevens we van jou hebben verwerkt;
• Recht op rectificatie: je hebt het recht op rectificatie van de persoonsgegevens die we van jou hebben verwerkt, indien deze gegevens (gedeeltelijk) onjuist zijn;
• Klachtrecht: je hebt het recht om een klacht in te dienen tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door ons, of tegen direct marketing;
• Recht om vergeten te worden: je kunt bij ons een verzoek indienen om de persoonsgegevens die we van jou hebben verwerkt te verwijderen;
• Recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid: indien technisch mogelijk heb je het recht om ons te vragen jouw verwerkte persoonsgegevens over te dragen aan een derde;
• Recht op beperking van de verwerking: je kunt bij ons een verzoek indienen om de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens (tijdelijk) te beperken.

Bij jouw verzoek kunnen wij je vragen om je te identificeren. Wij vragen hiervoor gegevens op om er zeker van te zijn dat jij de juiste persoon bent aan wie de persoonsgegevens toebehoren.

We zullen doorgaans binnen een maand op jouw verzoek reageren. Deze termijn kan worden verlengd als het verzoek complex blijkt te zijn of verband houdt met een specifiek recht. Over een eventuele verlenging van deze termijn word je geïnformeerd.

Derde partijen die ook jouw gegevens verwerken.

Behalve de partijen die nodig zijn om de bovengenoemde diensten te leveren, verstrekken wij in geen geval jouw persoonsgegevens aan andere bedrijven of organisaties, tenzij we daartoe wettelijk verplicht zijn (bijvoorbeeld wanneer de politie toegang eist tot persoonsgegevens in geval van een vermoeden van een misdrijf).

Wanneer persoonsgegevens worden doorgegeven aan een derde partij buiten de EU, ondernemen we stappen om ervoor te zorgen dat de benodigde maatregelen zijn genomen.

De Europese Commissie heeft voor verschillende landen een adequaatheidsbesluit vastgesteld. Op basis van een adequaatheidsbesluit kunnen persoonsgegevens veilig vanuit de EER worden doorgegeven aan bedrijven in deze landen, zonder aanvullende waarborgen.

Als we gegevens delen met bedrijven in andere landen zonder adequaatheidsbesluit (of Amerikaanse bedrijven die niet onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework vallen), nemen we aanvullende beschermingsmaatregelen in de vorm van passende waarborgen. Hieronder vallen onder meer standaardcontractbepalingen (“SCC’s”), aanvullende beveiligingsmaatregelen en contractuele afspraken.

Wanneer wij jouw persoonsgegevens doorgeven aan partijen buiten de EER op basis van SCC’s, heb je het recht om:

• informatie op te vragen over de doorgifte, inclusief een kopie van de relevante waarborgen;
• contact op te nemen met ons of de ontvangende partij;
• een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens of een bevoegde rechtbank.

Onze online diensten bevatten mogelijk knoppen voor sociale media. Deze knoppen kunnen door de aanbieders van deze diensten worden gebruikt om persoonsgegevens te verzamelen.

What data do we collect.

Contact details: data used to contact you.

For example: name, phone number, email address, username (nickname), user-ID and profile picture.

Location data: data regarding your location, shared by your mobile device with your permission.

For example: GPS coordinates, travel direction, collection time.

Profiling data: data based on the results of analyses.

For example: product preferences, interests, gender, age group, and target audience.

Financial data: data enabling the payment of our services.

For example: payment details, bank account number, credit card number, payment history and/or invoices.

Click and behavioral data: data regarding how our service, website, or app is used by you.

For example: visited pages, duration of visits, click behavior, cookies, and other analytical data.

User-generated content: data you create while using our service.

How and why we collect data.

Registration

For certain features of our online services, you must first register. You must provide certain information about yourself and choose a username and password for the account we will create for you. It is also possible that the username is assigned by us, in which case it is not possible to choose your own username.

For this purpose, we use your phone number, billing and/or email address, payment details, nickname, and profile picture if you wish to personalize your account. This is based on the performance of the agreement you enter into when creating an account.

We retain this data until you close your account, and in any case for a maximum of two years after the last activity within your account, unless statutory retention obligations require a longer retention period. After the retention period expires, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

We retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our website and/or use our online services, and so that we can contact you in connection with the performance of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

Subscription

Through our online services, you can purchase a paid subscription. We use your personal data to complete the payment.

For this purpose, we use your phone number, billing and/or email address, payment details, User-ID, where applicable; payment history and invoices. We require this data due to our agreement with you.

We retain this data until you cancel your subscription. Certain categories of personal data are retained longer due to statutory tax retention obligations.

Statistics and profiling

We keep anonymized statistics as much as possible regarding the use of our online services. These statistics help us, for example, to show you only information relevant to you or to improve our services. We may combine personal data to learn more about how our services are used. Naturally, we always respect your privacy.

For this purpose, we use your usage statistics. We have a legitimate interest in doing so. We retain this information for as long as you have a subscription.

With your consent, we may also use your data to provide advanced statistical insights into your financial situation and use your personal data to generate statistical and anonymized data that may be shown to other users to provide them with statistical insights into their own financial situation.

Granting access to our portal

Within our online services, you have access to a management environment where you can configure, specify, and modify settings. We keep records of your activities for evidentiary purposes.

For this purpose, we use your phone number, email address, username, and profile picture. We require this data due to our agreement with you. We retain this data until our services to you have ended. Why profile picture and username? When you log into the system, we must retrieve, among other things, your profile picture and username.

Sending newsletters

We have a newsletter to inform interested parties about news, updates, tips, and information regarding our products and services. Your email address is added to the subscriber list only with your consent. We also dislike spam, but sometimes communication is necessary. We retain this information until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe.

Promotions

Apart from advertisements on the website, we may inform you by email or through social media about our new products and/or services. You may object to this promotional communication at any time. For this purpose, we process your contact details.

Handling contact requests

You may use our contact form to ask questions or submit requests.

For this purpose, we use your phone number, email address, nickname, the message you wish to send us, and your User-ID. We require this data due to our agreement with you. We retain this data until we are certain you are satisfied with our response and for six months thereafter. This allows us to easily access the information should you have follow-up questions and helps us improve our customer service.

Processing transactions (financial)

If you connect your bank account(s) to our service(s), we retrieve your transaction history and synchronize all future transactions of the selected account(s). Please note that we cannot do this ourselves, as you must explicitly authorize this action yourself through your own bank.

All transactions are stored anonymously and can only be accessed by you. We do not sell data to third parties; this is one of the reasons why we charge a fee for the use of our services.

The anonymized transactions are analyzed by our Artificial Intelligence engine in order to provide you with the necessary insights through our services. Transactions are immediately deleted once you disconnect your account and/or delete your profile.

Location data

Where necessary, we may collect your location data (GPS). If this is the case, you will be asked for permission in advance.

This location data and other information may also be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data may also be used by Google or Apple themselves. We have no control over their actions. We recommend reading the applicable privacy statement of the relevant provider.

Digitize your personal administration

You are given the opportunity to digitize your personal administration. Through our services, you may use our cloud storage solution designed for this purpose. For this, we may process your financial data.

How do we keep your data secure?

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. We take our responsibility for securing your personal data seriously. We continuously update our security measures to ensure personal data is securely stored and to monitor what could potentially go wrong.

We implement, among other things, the following security measures:

• logical access control on laptops and systems using passwords and multi-factor authentication;
• physical security measures for access control;
• encryption of digital files and network connections;
• organizational measures for access management;
• securing network connections via TLS technology;
• purpose-based access restrictions.

Your privacy rights.

• Right to be forgotten: you may submit a request to have the personal data we have processed about you deleted;
• Right to data portability: where technically possible, you have the right to request that we transfer your processed personal data to a third party;
• Right to restriction of processing: you may request that we temporarily restrict the processing of your personal data.

When submitting your request, we may ask you to identify yourself. We request information for this purpose to ensure that you are the correct person to whom the personal data belongs.

We will generally respond to your request within one month. This period may be extended if the request proves to be complex or relates to a specific right. You will be informed about any extension of this period.

Third parties that also process your data.

Apart from parties necessary to provide the above-mentioned services, we do not under any circumstances provide your personal data to other companies or organizations unless we are legally required to do so, for example, when law enforcement authorities require access to personal data in case of suspected criminal activity.

When personal data is transferred to a third party outside the EU, we take steps to ensure the necessary safeguards are in place.

The European Commission has adopted adequacy decisions for several countries. Based on an adequacy decision, personal data may safely be transferred from the EEA to companies in these countries without additional safeguards.

If we share data with companies in other countries without an adequacy decision, or U.S. companies not covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, we implement additional protective measures in the form of appropriate safeguards. These include, among other things, Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”), additional security measures, and contractual arrangements.

When we transfer your personal data to parties outside the EEA based on SCCs, you have the right to:

• request information regarding the transfer, including a copy of the relevant safeguards;
• contact us or the receiving party;
• lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or a competent court.

Our online services may contain social media buttons. These buttons may be used by the providers of these services to collect personal data.

How we use cookies.
